Terms of Use

1 - The use of this application, hereinafter referred to as Saluton, is governed by these "Terms of Use," the "App Privacy Policy" available on the App Store platform, the "Privacy Policy" (www.salutonapp.com), the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions," and applicable Brazilian law.

2 - The subscription to Saluton by the Subscriber, understood as the individual who downloads the application, implies acceptance of these terms and other instruments described in item 1.

3 - The subscription to Saluton by the Subscriber will begin when the user selects a subscription in the "Subscription" tab and clicks "Subscribe."
3.1 - From the subscription date, charges for the selected feature package and payment plan chosen by the Subscriber will commence on the due dates and in accordance with the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions";
3.2 - Feature packages are services offered collectively by the Developer to the public and considered as a unified whole;
3.3 - The payment plan is the total number of subscription months for a feature package by the Subscriber collectively;
3.4 - For each package, the Developer will define one or more payment plans in accordance with the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions";
3.5 - Subscription cancellation rules are those defined by the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions";
3.6 - The subscription to Saluton by the Subscriber grants the right to use it according to the selected feature package;
3.7 - The right to use Saluton under item 3.6 will include updates to the features contained in the package chosen by the Subscriber under item 7;
3.8 - The subscription will automatically renew at its end unless canceled by the Subscriber, as per the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions";
3.9 - Prices for feature packages and subscription plans may be subject to adjustment, and any such changes will be communicated to the Subscriber according to the "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions."

4 - Information entered into Saluton by the Subscriber regarding accuracy, conformity, and sharing with third parties is their sole responsibility, not obligating or binding the Developer.

5 - The Developer undertakes the proper and correct functioning of Saluton;
5.1 - Technical issues in using the application may be reported by the Subscriber to the Developer through the customer support channel;

6 - The Subscriber is responsible for maintaining their Apple product in suitable technological and material conditions for using Saluton, including necessary updates to the Apple operating system for versions compatible with the application.

7 - The Developer will make updates to Saluton to ensure its continuous operational and technical improvement.

8 - The Developer may release updates to Saluton that introduce new features not included in available packages and in already subscribed packages, which will form a new feature package with its own payment plans;
8.1 - The Subscriber may choose to upgrade to a new feature package, in which case the cost of the new package will be charged.
