1 - The Saluton application aims to provide Subscribers with a means to make notes and records about their health information or that of their dependents, hereafter referred to as Information Subjects, optimizing and simplifying such information while promoting alerts and reminders about them.
2 - The information in the application will be those noted by the Subscriber in the spaces provided.
3 - Subscribers are solely responsible for the information entered into the application.
4 - For the operation of the application, it will not be necessary to include in the information described in items 1 and 2 the social security number (SSN), driver's license, address, or other data capable of identifying the Subscriber or the Information Subjects.
5 - The Developer will not have access to the information and data entered into the application by the Subscriber and, therefore, will not store them. Such information will be stored on the Subscriber's device and, eventually, at the Subscriber's discretion, in the Apple cloud system (refer to Apple's Privacy Policy and Apple Store Terms of Use).
6 - Occasionally, the Developer may receive Subscriber data collected by Apple (such as name, email, and ZIP code) due to the subscription to the application, precisely as per the Apple Privacy Policy and the Developer's Privacy Policy (www.salutonapp.com). This information may only be used by the Developer for understanding subscription performance, such as statistics on subscriptions made, canceled, etc., as well as to improve the product or provide services or technologies to the Subscriber. This data will not be shared with third parties.
7 - By acquiring the application subscription, the Subscriber consents to the provision of the data described in item 6 for the purposes outlined therein.
8 - The content and security of information eventually shared by the Subscriber with third parties, as per item 1, are the responsibility of the Subscriber. The Developer is committed solely to ensuring the accuracy of the notes selected by the Subscriber and to be shared.
9 - The Developer is not responsible for the security of information potentially transmitted by the Subscriber to Apple for its cloud system or originating from other sharing.
10 - Subscriber data from the application subscription provided by Apple to the Developer, as per item 6, will be stored in Microsoft 365 cloud systems and in full compliance with American legal regulations.
11 - Any questions or communications from the Subscriber to the Developer regarding their privacy or the privacy of the Information Subject can be sent to the Developer via the email address [email protected].
